Sometimes you don't need to do more.
You simply need not to be alone.
In Buona Compagnia offers presence, company and support in everyday life to those going through a period of loneliness, and to families who wish to have a trusted person beside the ones they love.
We build ongoing relationships, not occasional one-off interventions: we get to know the person, their habits, their interests and what makes them feel good.
How we can be there, every day
Company and sharing
Being together, simply. A conversation, a coffee, a walk, reading the newspaper, listening to music, watching a film or sharing an activity. Because even the simplest things can become important when they are shared.
Accompaniment
To leave the house and keep living one's habits. We can accompany to:
- visits and appointments
- walks
- errands
- grocery shopping
- daily activities
- small events or social moments
Always respecting the person's autonomy.
Help with technology
The smartphone can be a window to the world, but it isn't always easy to use. We help with everyday tasks:
- video calls
- photos
- apps
- messages
- basic settings
- using smartphone and tablet
Because learning to use technology also means staying connected to others.
Listening and presence
Sometimes there is nothing to solve. There is only a need to talk. Our presence means this too: listening without judging, leaving space, sharing time and building trust.
For families
We can't always be there as much as we'd like. Work, children, distance and daily commitments can make it hard to be present for a loved one. In Buona Compagnia was born for this too. We don't replace the family: we stand beside it. A reliable presence can let the family feel more at ease, knowing that someone dedicates time and attention to the person they love.
We do not provide medical care
In Buona Compagnia offers company, presence, accompaniment and support in everyday life.
We are not a healthcare service and we do not replace professional figures such as care workers, nurses or other medical professionals.
Every person has a different story. That's why we don't offer a one-size-fits-all service.
